double teeth

my daughter is 1 years old and has what looks like a sharp pointy tooth coming out behind one of her front tooth. She's had her two top and two bottom teeth for a few months now and the second pair of top teeth have been coming in, but behind the left one there's another tooth coming in. What is this and what should we do?
